TradePulse is a SaaS platform designed for businesses, focused on managing import and export processes. The system centralizes documents, automates critical processes, and provides analytical insights to improve logistics processes. Accessible from any internet-connected device, it offers subscriptions on an annual or monthly billing basis for optimal management and control.

To clarify the policy in the most accurate way, here are the main definitions: 

– Company: Refers to TradePulse, responsible for the cancellation and refund policy. 
– Client: Refers to an individual or organization registered to use TradePulse services for managing business processes. 
– Device: Any internet-connected device, such as a phone, tablet, or computer, that can be used to access and interact with TradePulse services. 
– Service: The service provided by TradePulse.

– User: A registered entity or individual using TradePulse services. 

Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Thank you for choosing TradePulse. We value your choice and strive to provide an excellent purchase experience. 

Conducting a transaction on TradePulse implies agreement with the terms outlined in this policy and the privacy policy. If you encounter a problem with the service you purchased or are dissatisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction, following consumer protection regulations. 

Guidelines for Subscription Cancellation 

1. Trial Period Without Charge: All subscribers enjoy a 7-day free trial. During this period, you can test the service without incurring any costs. 
2. Post-Trial Billing: If the trial period concludes without cancellation, the subscription will automatically renew based on the billing frequency selected at registration (monthly or annually). 
3. Cancellation After Trial Period: 
– Monthly Subscriptions: Clients with monthly subscriptions may cancel at any time. However, they will not be entitled to a refund for the current billing period, and the service will continue until the end of that period. 
– Annual Subscriptions: If cancellation occurs after the trial period but within the year, the refund amount will be prorated based on either 5% of the subscription amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, in accordance with the cancellation fee. 

Refunds

We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If your subscription is canceled within the policy terms, the refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
